Subject:	wont start
Question:	I'm sorry to have to ask you this but the toyota expert was not available. I have a 2000 MR2 spyder . When I turn the ignition to start my car it wont turn over at all but just makes a rapid clicking sound. I aws wondering if this might be starter. I checked my battery and it is o.k.
Answer:	Karl, That clicking noise definitly does sound evident of a faulty starter. But it is possible you have a bad starter relay or even just a bad connection. Since your car is only a few years old, I would be pretty surprised if your starter was dead already. Your car may still be covered under it's original factory warranty so I would have a Toyota dealer check it out. Good luck!
