Question:	Hello Anthony, my car is mitsu. Montero year 2001 . The driver window was broken and i have to replace it. After that the power window works properly but any time I raise it detect a obstruction and the window return to the middle of the door. Some one tell me that the problem is the window loose the memory position. My question is How can I adjust the memory home position?. Thanks in advance..
Answer:	Pedro I'm not sure if that Montero has a "smart" window or has home memory setting for the window. But I do know that many of the cars out there today have a safety feature that when the motor that raises the window detects too much resistance on it, it will assume there is something in the way and go back down a bit. My guess is that when your window was fixed, it was not properly aligned in the window guide. If that window is going up crooked, it will have extra resistance on it. Your motor may assume there is something in the way and your window will go back down. Where ever you had your window fixed, take it back and have them check the window's alignment. Its probably off a little bit. It may even need a little lubrication on the window guides to keep the window from sticking. Good luck!
