my auto trans races like when i give it gas it jerks and when i let off it will jerk to well the trans does not slip at all it seems like it grabs real good and there is another thing to the oil level is real high its over filled but would it make it jerk real bad or what else would be wrong and thank you very much |
| Answer: | Scott, You will want a transmission shop to inspect your car. You may have a malfunctioning torque converter. That can cause the engine to race and jerk forward at inappropriate times. Excess fluid is also not good. It should be drained so it's no higher than the MAX line. Good luck! |
