Subject:	no spark to distributor cap
Question:	I recently did a R&R on a mitsubishi mirage (96) cause the engine blown out. Here is the question I took out the motor on a (96) mirage and I had accidently put in a (95) motor' but wait everything had match up all execpt one part which is the crankshaft position sensor: I call up mitsubishi and asked its location on a (95) and they did notknow so what do you think or what other reason that I'm not getting any spark signal to the distributor.
Answer:	Giltonio, When doing an engine swap, lots of things could cause a faulty spark signal. One thing to consider since you put a '95 engine into a '96 is that you have the wrong ECU for that engine. That'll cause a lot of strange problems. Good luck!
