| Answer: | Ali, Replacing your ECM was a good start. At this point, you should have your starter checked. If your starter won't even turn over when you turn your key, most likely your problem is there. You may have a fraid or loose battery cable going from your starter to your battery. At this point, its also a good idea to have your battery and alternator load tested to be sure they are in good working order. Also check your spark plugs, plug wires, distributor, and ignition coil for possible loose or faulty connections. If all else fails, have your new ECM checked again. Sometimes, the "new" ECMs that are put into Mitsubishis are remanufactered and can burn out very quickly if they weren't rebuilt correctly. Good luck! |
