Question: All for of my power windows and door locks stopped working. Are the motors on the doors bad or is there something else wrong?
Answer:

James,

If all your power windows and locks stopped working at the same time, you probably blew one or more fuses. Check your owner's manual for the fuse location of your power locks and windows. Those fuses or fusable links are either located in your fuse box near your battery, or under the dashboard by your hood release lever.

If each power window stopped working seperately, you may have bad motors.

Each window and lock is controlled by seperate motors, so for all of them to go out is uncommon. Check your fuses first before you take apart the doors to check the motors.

Good luck!
