Question: how do i replace the power steering belt on 1994:mitsubishi:eclipse:2.0liter:non-turbo
Answer: Charlie,
I don't answer "how do I install" questions here because they can be too involved. Though replacing just the power steering belt is not that complicated, the detailed instructions would be too much for me to type, and I'd feel bad if I left anything out. I would highly recommend a service manual. Haynes makes an excellent service manual for like $15 for your car, and you can get one from just about any auto parts store.

If you would like an online reference, there is a web site created by Charles Monk, who has documented replacing the power steering belt (along with most everything else) VERY WELL.

If you replace the belt yourself, be EXTREMELY careful about not letting any power steering fluid to drip onto the alternator. If enough fluid drips on the alternator, the alternator could short out, and then you'd need to replace the alternator as well. And I speak from my own misfortune on that.
Good luck!
