| Question: | i have a 1994 eclipse 1.8(b)auto tranny w/calf. emissions i have been working on it for a week now it just won't fire it is getting spark it is getting fuel it has plenty of compression purge to the fuel injectors i put a cap and a rotor and plugs and now i even tried a computer but it is just dead do you have any idea what the problem can be the computer scans no problems |
| Answer: | John, When you say you "tried a computer", I'm not quite sure what that means. If that means you tried a different computer from the same year, you still may have a computer problem even if it shows no error codes. Have your car's computer inspected just to be safe. You may also want to have a compression check done on your engine.
