Alright i have a 91 laser 2.0 5sp that wont start the injectors arnt pulsing i have replaced the pcm, fuel pump, fuel filter, the mpi relay, the mpi fuse and the crank angel sensor still nothing i ohmed the injectors and they ohm out at around 14.9 ohms what happened was i was driving down the road and the car would die i could hear a relay clicking (which happened to be the mpi relay)it would restart and run for 5-10 seconds and die with the relay clicking every time and the check engine light flashed when it would die but it would clear when it started again. i let it sit for about 3 hours or so until i got off work and it started and i drove it home it sat for a few days and it hasnt ran since.it is getting plenty of fuel to the fuel rail but the injectors still arent pulsing. it still is popping the relay as soon as the key turns over. it will fire if you put a little fuel into the cylinders. but it wont start.

It's possible it the harness that leads to the seat of the MPI relay or the fusible link for the relay. It should not be constantly clicking on and off. You may want to check the ECM again. Those are known for going bad over time due to leaking capacitors. You can read about more information here:

But if the relay is not staying energized, then power will never consistantly get to the injectors, will prevent them from providing enough fuel to keep the engine running. be sure to check all harness, relay boxes and fusible links.
