Subject: electrical problem PLZ HELP!
Question:

Hi I have a 2000 eclipse v6
The problem started when i was trying to connect a new stereo into my eclipse...I turned on the new stereo and everything was working great ....then all of the sudden the lights from the mirror turned off..the clock pod is off..doors wont lock only manually..and sunroof wont work neither...I have checked the small fuses by the drivers side...but i they dont seem to be blown...which fuses do u think i blew off..?? thank you very much

Check the ignition fuse in the fuse box under the hood. Many times if all the interior lights, doors, and sunroof do not function, that can be due to the ignition fuse. But first check the stereo connections again to see if you can find out what caused the fuse to blow in the first place. Because whatever fuse blew, it will keep blowing unless you find out what caused it to blow initially.
