answer "How do I install..." questions. Those are much too time
consuming and it would probably not be thorough enough. The 2.0L Eclipse
engines are very particular and the timing belt is not an easy install.
If you want to risk it, get yourself a good service manual. You WILL destroy
your engine if the timing belt is set wrong.
Not only is the procedure a sticky one, but you'll also want to have a top quality belt. I would recommend going to your local Mitsubishi dealership to purchase the belt. If you do not decide to do the job yourself, be sure to have a qualified
mechanic to do it. |
