hi i was reading the problem about the 93 eagle summit (JEN) i have a 93 eagle awd 2.4L too! i had a problem very similar after trial and error i narrowed it down to the distibutor. my cap was leaking moister into it,it didnt bother much and i didnt fix it right away it finally burnt it out (must of been the electricity feedback) i had to replace it (no kit)it was $300 lifetime warranty.
it hasnt missed a beat since then (2 years)so if the 1st idea didnt work i would consider the dist. cap leaking or even dist not providing accurate spark just thought i'd mention it thanks
