I have a 10/91 3000 GT SL that failed emitions BAD in NOxs. Converter passes heat test and they say that there is a EGR valve but I cant locate it. It is supose to be on the intake but its not.Can you help or any sugestions? Thanks for your time.

Unless you were the original owner of that car, there is a good chance the EGR valve is missing completely. Many guys that drive performance cars will block off or completely remove the EGR valve from the car for performance reasons (though highly illegal). If the EGR valve is there, it should be located on the passenger side of the intake manifold. It's usually buried pretty deep, so you may need a flashlight to actually locate it.
