| Question: | i have a 92/mitsubishi
gt3000, this car their sparkplug are not working well, a mecanic told
me that my car has only one sparkplug working well, and the others
sparkplug doesn't have spark. but the mecanic doesn't know exactly
what's the problem in this car. he think that the computer is failed.
he told me doesn't have experience onthis kind of trouble. # the car doesn't have strength to run, ignition is good, starting is good but power is very very low, no strength. rpm is low i'll apreciate your help in this problem |
| Answer: | Michael, Your problem could definitely be with your computer. You can read this article for reasons why: http://90gsx.com/eclipse/cap/caps.htm If you're positive your ignition system is good, have a qualified mechanic
inspect your car. You should find a Mitsubishi dealership to take a look
at your car in this case. The 3000GT is a very difficult car to work
on and most mechanics will not be experienced enough to work on it. Your
power is probably very very low if only one cylinder is working instead
of all six. Get all 6 spark plugs firing, and your power should come
back. |
