Subject:	3rd coil pack
Question:	1994 Mitsubishi 3000 GT 3.0 ls FWD My mechanic said that my third coil pack was not working properly even though he had just replaced it. He also switched the new one out with one of the others to verify that it worked which it did. but for some reason the 3rd coil still will not work. The computer does not come up with any errors. thanks for all your help.
Answer:	Jeremy, Your coil packs are controlled by your power transistor unit. Either that unit is malfunctioning or its not receiving adequate voltage. You'll want to have your entire ignition system checked from your battery to your ignition. You may just have a bad ground wire some where along the way
