| Subject: | cruise control |
| Question: |
Hello, |
| Answer: | Hoss, One thing that you can try first is to see if there is excessive play in the pedals. If you have a manual transmission, try lifting up with your foot behind the clutch pedal prior to trying to set your cruise control. If you're able to lift it even slightly, that may be enough to set your cruise properly. You can try the same thing with the brake pedal. Beyond that, you should have a mechanic inspect the cruise control module
and cable tension. There's little else you can check yourself. |
